A Digital Galápagos

Purpose: Design Test & Deploy the Prototype Version of a Digital Platform (Gaia Platform) for Mobilizing Global Public Opinion on Environmental Stewardship to Turbocharge Planetary Awareness and Green Transition

Participants: Final year and recently graduated students with high GPAs from the department of Computer Science & Engineering

Institutions: 3 world renowned universities from India, the UK and Canada

Length of the Derby: 12 weeks

Proprietary UI/UX Design: Question Based Platform that will be integrated with 2 other proprietary engagement features post prototyping phase; UI/UX design shall include ● Geovisualization (highlighting Biogeographical / Ecological Maps) in 2D, 3D & 4D ● Animated Mapping ● Hyperlocal to Global ● Location Intelligence & Planetary Awareness / Empathy / Nature-Connectedness / Deep Connection to Earth ● Geospatial Thinking & Awareness ● Visual Narrative & Visual Storytelling ● Creative CTA (Call to Action, Aligned with UN SDGs) ● Impact  Dashboard

Special Technical Skills: GIS, Mapping, Data Visualization & Generative AI tools
